Meet Our Team!
Lauryn Nagy, RMT
I view Massage Therapy as the ideal combination of science-based techniques & holistic methods to achieve wellness & bring awareness to the body. Whether it be postural imbalances, muscular tension, overuse injury, or chronic pain.
Growing up as an avid athlete & leading an active lifestyle has shown me the importance of maintaining a healthy active lifestyle as well as listening to the body and its needs. I grew up dealing with chronic migraines since the age of 11. Getting my first massage at an early age showed me the importance of taking care of my body. Over the years, massage therapy has been the one thing that consistently helps my migraines.
This lead me perfectly to the path of massage therapy - a holistic approach to helping the body.
Graduating Kikkawa College in Toronto in 2017, I immediately opened my own Massage Therapy clinic thus Sage Wellness Clinic was created!
I look forward to collaborating with you on your health & wellness goals - whether they are to help promote relaxation or for pain relief.
I am dedicated to helping each and everyone person reach their wellness goals!
Nyla Chaudhry, Homeopath
Hello, It's nice to meet you!
I consider myself a passionate Homeopath as I see how this wonderful health modality brings ease, peace, and most of all healing to people in my daily practice.
I became passionate about health and wellness when I became pregnant with my first born. I was naturally athletic and ate nutritiously but it was motherhood that really brought the consciousness of lifestyle to me. I felt an amazing responsibility of being mindful of my own nutritional, fitness and emotional health because how it directly impacted my baby. I can say that the journey has been amazing with my three kids and constantly evolving as I grew my knowledge and experience while the kids grew up!
Getting formally educated in Homeopathy and Holistic Nutrition was cherry on top and it was as if my path was directed naturally. My practice is a blend of using homeopathic remedies after throughly consulting every aspect of an individual, coupling it with a nutritional supplement and lifestyle suggestions which include but are not limited to exercising and daily activity. I can't to see you at Sage Wellness so you can experience holistic health at its best!
Desiree Dabrowski, RMT
When I was younger, I played competitive lacrosse.
I started to develop injuries at a young age and when I was 12, I had my first massage.
As I got to learn about my own injuries, I then became more interested in the human body!
I graduated from Elmcrest College in 2011 and have been working ever since.
I started out at multi-disciplinary clinics working with Motor Vehicle Accident Injuries and sports related injuries. Eventually within a few months, I decided to take a leap of faith and branch out to do house calls.
It was always a goal of mine to go study Thai massage in Thailand, and I made the goal a reality in less than a year of working.
I have worked with all kinds of clients; from motor vehicle clients, to professional athletes, to people who are just looking for energy and healing !
I believe that the body is best treated as a whole, as it works together. My philosophy is if I can get to the root of the problem, I will be able to help my clients symptoms lessen.
My specialties are Thai Massage, Fascial Stretch Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Active Release Technique, and Cupping.
Joanna Juszczak, R.Kin
Hi, I'm Joanna!
Registered Kinesiologist, B.PhEd, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Nutrition Coach.
My love for fitness started when I was 12 years old doing at home workouts with a few dumbbells I had around the house. I've been immersed in the industry ever since.
This inspired me to go to Brock University where I graduated with a Bachelor of Physical Education and become a Registered Kinesiologist.
I have a passion for helping people enjoy fitness and learn to love to take care of their health!
I am looking forward to helping guide you on your fitness and health journey!
Hello! It is a pleasure to meet everyone!
During my time at Humber College in the Massage Therapy program, I was able to gain experience in multiple different populations.
When I was 14, I got braces on, and that triggered a TMJ disfunction to the point where my jaw was almost locked completely. My orthodontist wanted to do surgery and thanks to my mom we explored other potential options, which included massage therapy and osteopathy. In no time my jaw slowly unlocked, and surgery was out of the question. When thinking about other health science career choices I came across Massage Therapy and thought “why not give it a go”. I wanted to help people get through struggles like what I went through, all because of braces. I have always had a passion to help other people, no matter what struggles – physically or mentally, that people are going through. Well, 4 years later and here I am ready to pursue my dreams of holding a health sciences career, with a more holistic approach.
By the way, don’t let my size fool you, I may be small, but I am pretty mighty!
Dr. Daniella Russo
Throughout her life Dr. Daniella Russo has always been involved in numerous sports and had a passion for health and wellness. This helped her to develop an interest in human kinetics and ultimately inspired her career in chiropractic. She graduated from McMaster University with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and went on to obtain a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Dr. Daniella provides individualized evidence based chiropractic care, including a combination of spinal and extremity adjustments, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, education, and exercise therapy. When not in clinic, Dr. Daniella is very involved in volunteer work throughout the Brampton, Caledon, and Orangeville communities. She also enjoys working out, trying new gluten free recipes, as well as playing and watching soccer.
Laura Laracy, Psychotherapist
For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to help others. I’ve always had a natural curiosity for people and their stories.
When I changed my narrative from people being interesting to being interested in people and their journeys, I was able to experience my own life breakthrough. I was called to pursue my passion as a Registered Social Service Worker in supporting people as they heal from past traumas, search for clarity, direction, and embrace change with an open heart.
I have learnt through my own life experiences that when you are most open and honest with yourself, have the desire to make changes and are willing to put in the work, _there is so much light and new beginnings to embrace
I value and feel honoured being a part of your journey during your most vulnerable time.
My goal is to build an incredible therapeutic relationship to support you in peeling back the layers and helping you to self-discovery and healing. Counselling is a chance to openly express yourself and your feelings in a safe, non-judgmental and unbiased environment.
This will allow you to achieve peace and contentment, clarity and direction in your life.
There are little bits of sunshine all around us if we look in the right places.
Here there is space for you to grow and to bloom, you are not confined to your current circumstances, there is a season for everything and no season is permanent. You can let go and you can embrace change with an open heart.
Together we will break old patterns, learn what boundaries are and help you to achieve your goals to live a fulfilling life.
