Meet Our Team!
Lauryn Nagy, RMT & Owner
I view Massage Therapy as the ideal combination of science-based techniques & holistic methods to achieve wellness & bring awareness to the body. Whether it be postural imbalances, muscular tension, overuse injury, or chronic pain.
Growing up as an avid athlete & leading an active lifestyle has shown me the importance of maintaining a healthy active lifestyle as well as listening to the body and its needs. I grew up dealing with chronic migraines since the age of 11. Getting my first massage at an early age showed me the importance of taking care of my body. Over the years, massage therapy has been the one thing that consistently helps my migraines.
This lead me perfectly to the path of massage therapy - a holistic approach to helping the body.
Graduating Kikkawa College in Toronto in 2017, I immediately opened my own Massage Therapy clinic thus Sage Wellness Clinic was created!
I look forward to collaborating with you on your health & wellness goals - whether they are to help promote relaxation or for pain relief.
I am dedicated to helping each and everyone person reach their wellness goals!
Dr. Daniella Russo
Chiropractor
Throughout her life Dr. Daniella Russo has always been involved in numerous sports and had a passion for health and wellness.
This helped her to develop an interest in human kinetics and ultimately inspired her career in chiropractic. She graduated from McMaster University with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and went on to obtain a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.
Dr. Daniella provides individualized evidence based chiropractic care, including a combination of spinal and extremity adjustments, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, education, and exercise therapy. Her goal is to help patients feel their best and get back to doing what they love! When not in clinic, Dr. Daniella is very involved in volunteer work throughout the Brampton, Caledon, and Orangeville communities.
She also enjoys working out, trying new gluten free recipes, as well as playing and watching soccer.
Katie Maclachlan,
Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage Practitioner
I have always been passionate about helping people heal through holistic health and wellness. This was sparked by my adoration for plants and the healing nature of plant medicine, as a horticulturist. Understanding the interconnectedness between plants and the human body led to my exploration of different modalities of healing.
I became passionate about learning about the importance of our lymphatic system and I became certified in Brazilian lymphatic drainage.
My treatments are centred around optimizing people’s health and immune function, while enhancing well- being and confidence through holistic body work and sculpting.
You will usually find me in the garden, sitting with the plants and sipping on lymphatic supporting herbal teas, doing yoga, or hanging out with friends!
I am excited to meet all of you and help you fall in love with your lymph!
Desiree Dabrowski, RMT
When I was younger, I played competitive lacrosse.
I started to develop injuries at a young age and when I was 12, I had my first massage.
As I got to learn about my own injuries, I then became more interested in the human body!
I graduated from Elmcrest College in 2011 and have been working ever since.
I started out at multi-disciplinary clinics working with Motor Vehicle Accident Injuries and sports related injuries. Eventually within a few months, I decided to take a leap of faith and branch out to do house calls.
It was always a goal of mine to go study Thai massage in Thailand, and I made the goal a reality in less than a year of working.
I have worked with all kinds of clients; from motor vehicle clients, to professional athletes, to people who are just looking for energy and healing !
I believe that the body is best treated as a whole, as it works together. My philosophy is if I can get to the root of the problem, I will be able to help my clients symptoms lessen.
My specialties are Thai Massage, Fascial Stretch Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Active Release Technique, and Cupping.
Diana Nicolucci,
Master Esthetician
My skincare journey began when I developed acne in my pre-teens, and I used a professional homecare regime my mom researched as being most effective. I didn’t have my first facial until several years later when I trained at Sheridan College for Esthetics. I loved being an Esthetican student and I graduated as the recipient of two academic awards, knowing that I eventually wanted to teach once I gained knowledge and experience in my field.
Upon graduation, I worked in a high-end spa with the best brands in the industry, and became their Senior Esthetican specializing in luxury, results oriented facial treatments. It was then when the understanding of a customized homecare routine, along with professional treatments guided my career to educate clients on skin health. I pursued my dream of becoming an Instructor at the college level and continually advanced my training to include medical skin care treatments as the industry evolved.
My skincare regime is my daily form of self care, which I have always maintained throughout all stages of my life. My goal is to ensure you feel confident in your skin, and to guide you through the process. Seeing progress and results in your skin is a heart warming experience for me.
My young family and I have recently moved to Orangeville, and I look forward to continuing my career, and build client relationships in our new home and community. I would love the opportunity to take care of you and your skin at Sage Wellness Clinic. Can’t wait to meet you!

Patient Care Coordinator
Shenese Gibson,
RMT
I have always had a passion for helping people, previously with my experience in the dental field as a dental assistant. I decided to shift my role in helping people by becoming an RMT to be on the front line of assisting others in their overall wellness.
I focus on treatments on regulating the nervous system and helping people achieve a rest and digest state by incorporating various techniques such as relaxation massage, general Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and aromatherapy.
In my spare time, you’ll find me spending time with my daughter and two dogs, doing yoga, reading and learning about the mind body connection.
I look forward to meeting each of you and helping you achieve your wellness goals
You can book with me online or contact me through the clinic or email me directly - shenese@sagewellnessclinic.ca
Alex Toop,
RMT
My passion has always been helping people and I knew that I wanted a career in the health and wellness field that came from a more natural therapeutic approach. That’s when I found massage therapy and my passion continued to grow.
I graduated from Fanshawe College in 2019 and gained experience treating a wide range of clients. This led me to discover that I wanted to work in a multidisciplinary setting, focusing on creating treatment plans for clients that would get to the root of the problem.
I like to use a variety of techniques, including deep tissue and relaxation massage, trigger point and active release therapy.
In my free time you will find me hanging out with family and friends, going to concerts and festivals, and painting.
I look forward to helping you get back to your best self

Kylie Posteraro,
Registered Psychotherapist
I have always understood therapy to be a relational exchange. My hope is that as we partake in a therapeutic relationship, you feel safe enough to share your story.
Maya Angeloua said, “There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside of you”.
Our stories carry the sorrows and joys of our life, and in sharing them we can perhaps draw meaning from the suffering we have experienced.
My previous work involved supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, mentoring young adults in a gap year program abroad, and teaching ESL in South Korea. It is through these rich experiences that I developed a love for listening to stories and seeing people experience healing as they were given space to share their untold stories.
I received a Master’s in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work. My approach to therapy involves various modalities such as CBT, internal family systems theory, spiritually integrated psychotherapy, and existential therapy modalities. Some of my areas of specialty focus on anxiety, grief, and spiritual care.
I’d love to provide an opportunity for you to come as you are, and leave a little more unburdened than when you arrived.
Cordelle Wells-Collins,
RMT
My goals are to create a therapeutic setting that allows for openness and ease for communication as a high-priority value, allowing you to maintain agency over your treatment plans and expectations from the treatment.
I believe the manner of assessment should be both textbook and flexible; using the most reliable testing methods while allowing for fluidity in examination, so that you feel most assured of assessment results to tailor each treatment to your goals.
It is important to collaborate with those in your wellness team to fully understanding and gain insight from other healthcare professionals so that I may deliver the utmost client-centred care.
I am eager to work together with you on your health and performance goals!
